Field Service Technician – Virginia, MN (Union Position)
Komatsu is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide mechanical and welding support in a field environment. This role involves traveling to customer sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment while delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical repairs and welding (including air arcing and dual shield wire)
Travel to job sites to provide technical support and troubleshooting
Complete detailed service reports and maintain strong customer service
Safely operate tools and equipment and assist with equipment maintenance and upkeep
Interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
Collaborate with experienced technicians to build skills in diagnostics and repair

Qualifications:

1–3 years of mechanical and/or welding experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical documents
Flexibility to work various shifts
CDL or ability to obtain required
