Volunteer with the IMA at the 2025 MN State Fair

We’re excited to share that IMA is returning to the Minnesota State Fair for a second year! In partnership with U.S. Steel, Komatsu, and Kivi Bros Trucking, we’ll be showcasing the mining Dipper again!

NEW THIS YEAR: “Adopt a Day” Volunteer Opportunities

We’re introducing a new way for member companies to get involved: Adopt a Day at the fair! Choose to volunteer for a half day or full day at our booth — a great opportunity to connect with the public and highlight your company’s support for Minnesota’s mining industry.

Whether you take the morning, afternoon, or the whole day, your presence helps make a big impact. Rally your team, sign up for a shift, and help us make this year’s fair a success!

Requirements

• Booth coverage is needed 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (8 p.m. Labor Day)
• A minimum of 4 people must be present at the booth at all times
• Volunteers are required to purchase admission tickets to enter the fair. Purchase your tickets here.
